Job Responsibilities

1. Assist department leaders to establish and implement quality management strategies, and provide information support for the company's quality management decisions;

2. Provide to establish, maintain and continuously improve the quality management system and ensure its effective operation;

3. Formulate product quality inspection standards, product information feedback and data statistics processes;

4. According to the company's overall quality status, organize the quality control plan and work plan, and be responsible for the quality supervision and review of each link;

5. Participate in the review of product design and process flow to ensure that it meets the requirements of quality assurance;

6. Cooperate with R&D and process personnel to carry out new product trial production and quality control;

7. Monitor the status of the production process, identify the change of production process parameters and discuss its rationality;

8. Organize and track the quality problems reported by customers, and promote continuous internal improvement to ensure customer satisfaction;

9. Collect and sort out the reasonable suggestions of employees in the department and report to the department manager for approval before organizing the implementation of specific work;

10. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of on-site quality management experience;

2. Possess quality management thinking and understand optical products or semiconductor related processes;

3. Proficiency in the use of quality tools such as the five IAFT tools and the seven QC techniques, and can independently lead the compilation of 8D reports;

4. Proficiency in office software;

5. Easy-going and cheerful personality, strong logical ability, learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, strong principle, strong resistance to pressure;

6. Those who have a certain level of English reading and writing skills are preferred;

7. Familiar with ISO9001:2015 system, with internal auditor certificate, and experience in system operation and maintenance is preferred.
