Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product structure research and development design, complete product structure design according to product design requirements;

2. Responsible for the three-dimensional drawing of product structure design, and the drawing of parts drawing;

3. Responsible for the follow-up of the progress and the communication and negotiation of problems in the process of sample processing;

4. Responsible for product prototype assembly, testing, improvement, quality improvement, finalization, etc.;

5. Responsible for the optimization of technological process and the guidance of trial production;

6. Responsible for the preparation of production process documents, inspection standards and verification schemes;

7. Participate in the planning and review of each stage of product design and development;

8. Participate in the establishment and maintenance of the quality system, assist in the establishment and improvement of product R&D, design and development processes.

Job Requirements:

1. Professional college degree or above in mechanical design and processing;

2. Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Solidworks, ProE, UG and other drawing software, with more than 2 years of 3D modeling experience and engineering drawing skills;

3. Those who have design experience in precision mechanical structural parts in the optoelectronic device or optical component industry, and are familiar with mechanical and thermal model simulation and analysis are preferred;

4. Have basic knowledge of shape and position tolerances, and be familiar with the basic knowledge of precision machining products and precision mold design and processing technology;

5. The work is meticulous and rigorous, with strong work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility;
