Description
Trusee can provides customized TaN thin film resistors, with a wide range of resistivity, low temperature coefficient of resistance, and good uniformity of square resistance. It's widely used in the fields of MEMS and microwave circuit systems.
- Resistance：customizable
- Resistance accuracy：Min ± 2%
- TCR：-100 ± 50 ppm/℃
- Temperature cycle：Low temperature -30 ℃, high temperature 125 ℃. Each temperature cycle is set aside for 30 minutes, a total of 5 cycles;Resistance value change rate after test≤±0.5%
- Low temperature test：4h@-30 ℃,Resistance value change rate after test≤±0.5%
- High temperature test：4h@125 ℃,Resistance value change rate after test≤±0.5%
- Overload test：5s@10W,Resistance value change rate after test≤±0.5%
