Wide band AR
For wide-band AR coatings, especially for bandwidths wider than 2, the number of layers is far more than that of ordinary single AR coatings. The wider the bandwidth, the more the number of layers, and the greater the difficulty of film preparation. The bandwidth of the target range is defined by the following method:BWAR=λ2/λ1. λ2 and λ1 correspond to the longest and shortest wavelengths in the band that meets the requirements of spectral characteristics, respectively.
